Timing

For personalized items, please allow 10 - 14 business days from the date of purchase for your order to ship. Turnaround time does vary. For the most up-to-date turnaround time, please see the website banner on our homepage. If your order requires special arrangements, please contact us at howdy@shoplemoine.com.

As of now, we do not ship internationally. All orders are delivered via UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class Mail. If you would like a different shipping method please contact us via email or telephone.

Lemoine is not responsible for any theft of your package or failure to deliver by the carrier. 

Return Policy

We hope that you absolutely love your Lemoine items, however, if you are not satisfied you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund with proof of purchase. All items must be unwashed, unused, and returned in the same condition that you received them. Please note that Lemoine is not responsible to pay for return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise given that it is still in new condition. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that all personalized and customized items are FINAL SALE. However, mistakes do happen and if we have made one on your order please contact us immediately so that we can rectify it.
