Do you offer embroidery on custom and brought in items?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer embroidery on custom items. If you have worked with us in the past, please contact us as we still have all of your information on file. We can refer you to another emboriderer and forward them your information.

Do you offer local pick up?

We do not offer local pick up, but we do we offer free shipping throughout Wyoming.

How long does it take to ship a personalized item?

Please allow 7-10 business days for personalized items to ship. If an item takes longer than that, such as the knit hats, it is noted on the product page.
