Rope Hats
Our hats are made with an adjustable snap back.
Infant: Designed to fit kids aged 6 months to 2 years old. Adjustable from 46 to 50 cm.
Toddler: Designed to fit kids aged 3 to 5 years old. Adjustable from 51 to 54 cm.
To measure, take a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your child's head, just above the ears (where they would naturally wear a hat). If you don't have a measuring tape, use a string or ribbon and then use a ruler to measure the string.
Please note that measurements are in cm.
Backpacks
Our backpacks have adjustable straps so that it can grow with your child. The adjustable straps also allow parents to swing it over their shoulder, if need be.

Returns
All personalized and customized items are FINAL SALE. However, mistakes do happen and if we made one on your order, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify it.
All other items, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund with proof of purchase. All items must be unwashed, unused, and returned in the same condition that you received them.
